Holiday Weight Loss: How I Lost 5 Pounds in 5 Days From Dec 28 to Jan 2 Without Exercising



I put on about 6 pounds over the Christmas Holidays, and I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one. :-)

Christmas is always a killer for weight loss, and I think as a rule I've always gone up in weight instead of going down. :-(

Here's how I lost my extra Christmas weight... 5 Pounds weight loss in 5 Days, from December 28, 2010 to January 2, 2011, with no exercise!

Don't get me wrong... I'm not saying don't exercise. Just saying I didn't for these 5 days when I lost 5 pounds.
