Building the Tim Ferriss 4-Hour Body T-Handle (Hungarian Core Blaster) for Kettlebell Exercise
Building the Tim Ferriss 4-Hour Body T-Handle (HCB or Hungarian Core Blaster) that Tim recommends as an alternative to Kettlebells for doing Kettlebell exercises.
The advantages are that it's a lot cheaper (cost me about $12 in parts from Home Depot), it comes apart and is portable for travel, and the weight is adjustable (think of it as an adjustable weight kettlebell).
Tim recommends Kettlebell swings as one of the most effective single exercises for weight loss.
If you haven't read the 4-Hour Body yet, I highly recommend it. It's a great read, packed full of awesome weight loss and health advice.

Here's a quick and easy recipe for Oatmeal Yogurt, a delicious raw food healthy recipe. A variation on Dan McDonald, the LifeRegenerator 's Coconut Almond Yogurt, this recipe uses only almonds and yogurt starter.
Keep it in the fridge and it's great for a quick, healthy meal that also fits in as a RAW Food meal.

Holiday Weight Loss: How I Lost 5 Pounds in 5 Days From Dec 28 to Jan 2 Without Exercising
I put on about 6 pounds over the Christmas Holidays, and I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one. :-)
Christmas is always a killer for weight loss, and I think as a rule I've always gone up in weight instead of going down. :-(
Here's how I lost my extra Christmas weight... 5 Pounds weight loss in 5 Days, from December 28, 2010 to January 2, 2011, with no exercise!
Don't get me wrong... I'm not saying don't exercise. Just saying I didn't for these 5 days when I lost 5 pounds.

The Incredible Weight Loss and Healing Properties of Diatomaceous Earth
I'd never heard of Diatomaceous Earth for weight loss or health until this past summer when my Mum gave me some to try. She'd been given some by a friend and was really impressed with the resulting health gains she had from taking it.
I started taking Diatomaceous Earth hoping it would help my knee which has been problematic on and off for a few years now. I was pleasantly surprised to find that, not only did it help my sore knee, it accelerated my weight loss!
